  • 2 most recent bank statements with all pages to show down payment
  • Driver license

If applicable:

  • Purchase contract with all pages, signed by all parties
  • Two most recent years tax returns with all pages and schedules (personal & business) only needed if you own more than one property or if you own a business
  • Most recent mortgage statement (for all properties owned)
